My name is Jo Watson, and I am an experienced Property Manager and freelance Virtual Assistant.


Though it might seem unusual to some, I absolutely love every aspect of managing properties, as well as handling administrative tasks, organizing, and solving problems!


With over two decades of experience as a Property Manager, I hold a level 3 ARLA PropertyMark qualification.


I am skilled in various areas, including (but not limited to):

  • Property Inspections (inventories/check-in/out/mid-term inspections)
