Inventories for private rented properties are imperative. They protect both the landlord and the tenant and this is one of the main activities that shouldn't be overlooked by do-it-yourself landlords.

With nearly 2 decades of Property Management experience you can be confident that the reports carried out are thorough and detailed. Reports are usually around 40 pages for a semi-detached property and include date stamped photographs of each room with additional close-up images to show any existing damage or potential issues of concern, value or interest.

If the visit is cancelled on the day of the visit, the full fee will be payable. If the visit is cancelled after 12pm on the day prior to the visit, a fee of 50% of the charge will be payable. If the visit is cancelled before 12pm on the day prior to the visit, no fee will be payable
